Chop tomatoes, preserving as much juice aspossible. Thick cuts are fine as you can pulse to the consistency preferredlater.
Cut and prepare all other ingredients andcombine.
Add combination to the blender and pulse torequired consistency.
Taste test and add more salt as needed.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
I strongly recommend letting the salsa sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. It tastes great when it's cold and was the best a day after preparing.
