Easy Homemade Salsa

This is a short and easy recipe for homemade salsa!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Fresh Tomatoes on the Vine
  • 1/4 Cup White or Sweet Onion
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1-2 Jalapeno
  • 3/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt- more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Chop tomatoes, preserving as much juice aspossible. Thick cuts are fine as you can pulse to the consistency preferredlater.
  • Cut and prepare all other ingredients andcombine.
  • Add combination to the blender and pulse torequired consistency.
  • Taste test and add more salt as needed.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.

Notes

I strongly recommend letting the salsa sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour. It tastes great when it's cold and was the best a day after preparing.
