Slow Cooker Beef Stew

- 2 lbs Beef stew meat (chopped into 1 inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Russet Potatoes (chopped into 1 inch cubes)
- 2-4 Carrots (chopped)
- 3/4 Onion (diced)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tbsps Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsps Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsps Parsley (chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
In a skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook beef in skillet until evenly brown, adding salt and pepper to taste.
In slow cooker, place all ingredients left except flour and mix evenly, including the cooked beef.
Cover and cook on low heat for 8 hours.
After the 8 hours, whisk flour and 1/2 cup stew broth until evenly mixed. Add it into the slow cooker, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
